This family is bringing their A-game to Halloween. 8-year-old Anthony Alfano of Illinois makes a splash with his costume every year. He has cerebral palsy, so his parents come up with creative ways to make his wheelchair part of an elaborate get-up. This year Anthony is a contestant on his favorite game show, 'Wheel of Fortune'.
