Protests Erupt After Police Shoot and Kill Man Fleeing Arrest Video:

Authorities in Salt Lake City have released video of police shooting and killing a man over the summer. The man, identified as 50-year-old Patrick Harmon, was stopped on his bicycle by police. Harmon fled from cops, authorities say, and that's when he was shot. Harmon died at the scene. The Salt Lake City DA ruled that deadly force was justified in shooting Harmon, a ruling that has sparked protests in the area.
