A successful Texas realtor reported missing just before Hurricane Harvey hit the state has turned up dead and now her ex-husband is under arrest. 37-year-old Crystal McDowell's body was found in a wooded area in Chambers County, where her ex, 44-year-old Steven McDowell, lived. She was expected to pick up her two children from his house on August 25th and drive to Dallas to ride out the storm.
