90-Year-Old Couple Wades Through Deep Water After Hurricane Harvey Flooded Home Video:

Images coming out of Texas following Hurricane Harvey show the devastation the storm left behind. Wendy Waterman of Houston took video of her 90-year-old neighbors wading through waist-deep water to get out of their home. She posted it to Facebook pleading for someone to come to their help with a boat. The National Weather Service said the intensity of Harvey's rain was beyond anything experienced before.
