Police Officer Shot and Killed While Writing Traffic Ticket in Patrol Car Video:

The San Antonio Police Department is mourning the loss of one of its own. Detective Benjamin Marconi was gunned down in his patrol car while writing a traffic ticket. He was 50 years-old and a 20-year veteran of the department. Investigators say the suspect parked his car behind Marconi's cruiser, walked up to the side of his vehicle and shot him in the head outside police headquarters. Cops are asking anyone who may have information on the shooting to come forward.
