Samantha Knox gets emotional when she talks about the ordeal her son, EJ, went through at just 8 months-old. A penny was stuck in his throat for 37 days and several doctors missed it. EJ had a fever of 103 degrees and developed a rash on his body, but Samantha didn't believe it was just a viral infection like the doctors said. She finally took him to a children's hospital, where an x-ray showed the penny that had been slowly poisoning the child.
