Juan Pedro, 32, who is considered the world's heaviest man at 1,100 pounds, has left his bed for the first time in six years. 'I think there is a new hope, a door that's been opened for me,' Pedro said. 'And here we go, to see what we can do about this.' Pedro, was assisted out of bed by medical personnel earlier this week to seek treatment for his obesity, and the plethora of related health concerns.
