Dad Defends Letting His 4-Year-Old Daughter Give Him Tattoo of Strawberry Video:

Chloe,4, had been begging her dad, Brad Bellemo, to give him a tattoo for a while. Last year, he finally gave in. She's loved art since she was a baby. The father had been teaching her how to trace and color in the lines since before she could walk. Before the real thing, Bellemo, who works at Third Eye Tattoo in Florida, decided to set up a mock tattoo session with Chloe to see how she would like it. When he thought she was ready and with his help, she tattooed a strawberry on her dad's arm.
