From 15 Ounces to 15 Pounds, Preemie Baby Comes Home After 307 Days in NICU Video:

Little Nathan Teply isn't as little as he used to be. He weighs in just over 15 pounds, but he was nowhere near that last December when his mother needed a C-section at just 24 weeks. She was suffering from preeclampsia and her life was in danger. Doctors delivered Nathan, who weighed less than a pound. His parents say Nathan faced many challenges in the NICU including a bout with pneumonia. But he fought through it all and 307 days after being born, he was finally able to come home.
