Woman Killed by Hunter Who Thought He Was Shooting a Deer: Cops Video:

A woman was shot and killed while walking her dogs and police say the shooter was a hunter who thought he was shooting a deer. Police in New York say 34-year-old Thomas Jadlowski claims he heard screams after he fired his gun. When he went to see what he shot, he saw 43-year-old Rosemary Billquist on the ground.
