Nick and Drew Lachey Ask Fans to Help Their Employee Who Was Shot in the Face Video:

Two celebrity brothers are appealing for help after one of their employees was shot in the face. Cops in Cincinnati say Elizabeth "Ellie" Richardson was shot early on Thanksgiving morning as she was leaving her job at Lachey's Bar, which is owned by Nick and Drew Lachey of the band, 98 Degrees. Investigators reportedly said Richardson was shot as she approached a vehicle after it almost hit her on the street.
