Mom Delivers Her Own Baby in Car on Way to the Hospital Video:
An expectant Arizona mom was hightailing it to the hospital as contractions pulsated through her body. Shannon Geise, 31, pulled to the side of the road and delivered her own baby in the driver's seat of the family SUV. Her 1-year-old daughter was in the back seat. She then called 911. "I just delivered a baby in my car," she told the dispatcher. "It felt funny to say that," she told Inside Edition. The operator was incredulous that she was the only adult in the car at the time.
