A little boy is spending his birthday giving to police officers who have had a rough year. Tyler Carach has made headlines for his mission to give a doughnut to every cop in America. He's currently on a 10-day road trip across the country for his 10th birthday to deliver something sweet to law enforcement officers, especially in cities that have been going through tough times.
