ACLU Gives Taylor Swift a Warning for Trying to Silence Critic Video:

Lawyers for Taylor Swift have gone after a blogger for writing an article claiming that her silence regarding politics could be construed as her lending support to white nationalists. The ACLU jumped in to defend the blogger saying it falls within the protections of the First Amendment.
