Would you let The Joker deliver your baby? One mom didn't seem to mind. Dr. Paul Locus dressed as Batman's rival for Halloween and stopped in to check on his patient, in costume, during the day. He assured her that he would be back later to deliver the baby after he went home to pass out candy and change his clothes, but the expecting parents said they wouldn't mind if he wore his costume during the delivery.
