8 Dead in 'Act of Terror' After Suspect Drove Truck Onto NYC Bike Path: Mayor Video:

At least eight people are dead in what officials in New York City are calling an act of terror. Police say a suspect allegedly drove a truck onto a busy bike path. Dozens were also injured during the incident that took place on the west side of lower Manhattan on Halloween. The NYPD says the suspect then got out of the vehicle and brandished imitation firearms.
