Actress Rose McGowan made her first public appearance since helping start the storm of outrage that brought down movie mogul Harvey Weinstein. Two weeks after tweeting that Weinstein had raped her, McGowan gave an impassioned speech at the Women's Convention in Detroit. “I have been silenced for 20 years,” she told the audience. “It’s time to rise. It’s time to be brave.”
