Witness Who Called 911 to Report Missing Mom Believes She Was Kidnapped Video:

One woman is describing the moment she saw a terrified Sherri Papini waving down motorists on a desolate stretch of highway on Thanksgiving morning last year. “She seemed frantic and desperate,” Allison Sutton told Inside Edition. “The thing that has haunted me the most about this was the look in her eyes.” Sutton was the first person to call 911 after spotting the mom from northern California, whose three week disappearance captivated the nation.
