Police in Tampa are trying to put the heat on someone they say is a person of interest in 3 recent homicides. Last week investigators released video of a person they say was walking to the area where 22-year-old Benjamin Mitchell had just been shot and killed. Moments later, they say other surveillance cameras caught the same person running from the scene. A $35,000 reward is being offered in the case.
