Parents Get Tattoos of Cochlear Implants So Their Son Won't Feel Different Video:

2-year-old Connor Higgins is adjusting to having cochlear implants. He was diagnosed with a hearing condition that causes his brain waves and sound waves not to link up properly. When he underwent the surgery for the implants, his parents, Hope and Jacob, decided to go under the needle.
