A.O. Scott & Julie Menin Discuss The One Film, One New York Campaign Video:

The NYC Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment and the chief film critics at The New York Times are launching an exciting citywide campaign to unite New Yorkers through watching one film all on the same night. It’s called “One Film, One New York." During the month of August, New Yorkers will be able to vote online at nyc.gov/onefilm for the film they want the entire City to see in selected parks and movie theaters in all five boroughs on Sept 13th. Join Times’ chief film critic A.O. Scott and Commissioner Julie Menin from the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment to talk about the One Film, One New York campaign – and why Sting, Trudie Styler, Hugh Jackman, Laverne Cox, Katie Holmes and John Leguizamo – all wanted to be involved and picked their favorites!
