NBC's "The Night Shift" follows the night shift team of doctors and nurses at San Antonio Memorial and the risks they take to save lives. Their methods straddle the line between heroic and impulsive, but are always worth it. The fate of the night shift was uncertain at season three's conclusion with Paul Cummings leading a staff walk-out after his father bought the hospital and fired Topher Zia. The new season picks up just 48 hours later with the crew navigating the consequences of their decisions. Star Scott Wolf comes by the studio to discuss the new season.
