Chef Marcus Samuelsson And Herb Karlitz Talk About The "Harlem EatUP!" Festival Video:

Harlem EatUp! is the festival which celebrates the vibrant culture, community and cuisine of Harlem and which he co-founded with top chef Marcus Samuelsson. This year, they are celebrating the festival’s third year and as they continue to work with local chefs and businesses to create a platform for the local community to celebrate the culinary and artistic diversity of Harlem. The four-day event encompasses intimate dine-In dinner at local restaurants, such as Red Rooster and Melba’s, while celebrating the Harlem food movement all leading up to the two-day Stroll which is a bacchanal of food, wine, spirits and music in Morningside Park.
