Theo Rossi pays BUILD a visit to have a conversation about his involvement in the new film, "Lowriders." The film is a drama set in the East LA world of vintage car customizers. It follows a young graffiti artist who decides to use his talents to help his family's legacy of prize-winning classic cars. However, he must decide between competing against his felon older brother or giving him a helping hand and risk getting pulled into the gang he's in.
