Ryley Shelley, the young girl who was filmed drawing on Anna Nicole Smith’s face with clown makeup is speaking out, 10 years after the model and actress' death. Shelley says looking back, Smith was not in her right state of mine at the time. The video first surfaced weeks after Smith’s death from a drug overdose. In the video, Smith looked bewildered and out of it. Shelley got to know Smith because her parents were friends with the doomed star.
