Television personality Ryan Seacrest had a scare when he was trapped inside an elevator in New York City’s Time Square. The host maintained his cool and even joked while inside, asking if worse came to worst, they could broadcast the New Year’s Eve ball drop celebration from the lift. The 42-year-old entertains audiences around the world in “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” special. This year, the show will feature 5.5 hours performances and news from across the United States.
