Bill O'Reilly has feuded with hosts on “The View” before, but now he has vowed never to return to the television show after a comment panelist Joy Behar made about President-elect Donald Trump. Behar claimed Trump is ‘not right in the head’ and has never appeared stable to her while she’s interviewed him. Both she and Whoopi Goldberg famously walked out on the host during an interview in 2010. The Fox News pundit made the announcement Thursday night on The O'Reilly Factor.”
