Man Arrested After Placing Handful Of Weed As Bet At Casino (Video)

A man tries to bet at a California casino with a bag of weed.

He lays it down on the table as a bet then realizes he placed too much, takes the bag back, and simply places a handful of loose buds on the card table. He claims what he did was legal because he had a cannabis card.
