Josh Brolin Arrested Outside Bar For Interfering With Police
The Shreveport Police said that 'W' costars Josh Brolin and Jeffrey Wright were arrested outside the bar early Sunday morning. They were called to 'Stray Cats' bar around 2 AM to break up a disturbance, but things got even more rowdy on their arrival. Ten officers eventually restored order at the bar. Brolin was taken into custody and was booked into the city jail, but was released after posting a $334 cash bond. The actors were in the city filming scenes for producer Oliver Stone's film 'W', in which Brolin plays George W. Bush (see his transformation for the role here), while Wright plays Colin Powell. Josh Brolin, known for his roles in movies such as 'In the Valley of Elah' and 'No Country for Old Men' has been arrested in Louisiana for interfering with police officers responding to a call about a brawl at a downtown bar.
