Chris Brown Confused About Why He's Stuck In Philippines For Fraud
Brown wasn't allowed to leave on Wednesday following a claim of fraud by the group that owns the venue the singer was supposed to perform at. In videos posted to social media, Brown clowns around, asking: "Can somebody please tell me what the **** is going on?" "I don't know, I'm reading headlines after headlines, what the ***! ," he says. The singer canceled a New Year's Eve concert at the 55,000-seat Philippine Arena last December after he reportedly lost his passport a day before the event. Brown was supposed to leave for a performance in Hong Kong but that's on hold as the Department of Justice looks at the complaint from the powerful religious group, who says Brown and his promoter were paid in full before they canceled. Chris Brown doesn't know why he's stuck in the Philippines, a day after his departure from Manila was delayed because of fraud allegations against him and his promoter for a canceled concert last New Year's Eve.
