Charlie Sheen's Ex-Fiancee Brett Rossi Sues Him Over HIV Exposure
Sheen revealed he was HIV positive on the 'Today' show last month. He claimed he disclosed his health to all his sexual partners and it took precautions so it would have been "impossible" for him to pass on the virus. Soon after, ex Bree Olson went public and said Charlie Sheen never told her he was HIV positive even though they were living together and had unprotected intercourse several times. Now, Scottine Ross, a porn star who performed under the name Brett Rossi, has sued the actor. She also claims he was abusive during their relationship and has alleged assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. "As a result of this exposure, she has suffered serious emotional distress from a reasonable fear that she will contract HIV," her lawsuit states. In another bombshell revelation, Rossi says she was forced to have an abortion by Sheen. She says when she told Sheen she was pregnant in March 2014, he forced her to have an abortion because he did not want to have a "retarded child" from HIV exposure. "When she told Sheen that she did not want to have an abortion, Sheen erupted into a fit of rage, stating he would 'kick her to the curb' if she did not have an abortion, and that he did not want her to 'give birth to a retarded child,'" the suit alleges. She had the abortion after "much pressure and threats." Rossi's lawsuit comes after Sheen failed to pay her $1 million to settle, according to the filing. In his 'Today' appearance, the former 'Two and a Half Men' star said was done being blackmailed and wouldn't pay to settle any claims from previous partners. Sheen's attorney, Marty Singer, says the actor intends to fight the claims. "Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross," a statement reads. "We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her."
