Britney Spears' Paparazzo Boyfriend Tests 'Male Enhancement' Products

Britney Spears (photos)' paparazzo boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, does more than just stalk Britney, he apparently also tests 'male enhancement' products.

You see, Adnan is one 12 'test panel' members involved on a website called that tests and reviews enhancement products for men who need some help in the bedroom.

The website 'SexHealthReview' tests and recommends 'male enhancement' products and says testers are rotated every 3 months.
