Taylor Swift, Kanye West, Justin Bieber and Hollywood's biggest entertainers hit the carpet for the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday in downtown Los Angeles. Miley Cyrus stole the show before it even started with a silver outfit consisting of suspenders and a bejeweled skirt complete with matching knee-high boots.
