Wesley Snipes Out Of Prison After Two Years For Tax Evasion

Wesley Snipes has been released from prison after serving two years and four months in prison for tax evasion.

The actor was incarcerated in McKean Federal Correctional Institution, Pennsylvania in December 2010 after he was convicted of failing to file income tax returns over a decade.

He was handed a three year sentence and must complete four months in house arrest before he is in the clear.

The 50-year-old actor is being transferred to the New York Community Corrections Office, which will supervise his home confinement.

According to prosecutors, he owed millions in back taxes.
