Trump's Lawyers Claim Immunity From Female 'Apprentice' Contestant's Lawsuit

Donald Trump's lawyers claim he should be immune from a defamation lawsuit filed against him by a female 'Apprentice' contestant because he's president.

Summer Zervos, who came forward in October and accused Trump of kissing and groping her in a Beverly Hills hotel room in 2007, sued the President before his inauguration.

Zervos made the accusations shortly after the now infamous 'Access Hollywood' tape leaked in which Trump bragged that women would let him do anything to them because of his wealth.

"I just start kissing them. It's like a magnet," he said. "Grab them by the pu**y. You can do anything."

Zervos said she met Trump after she asked him for a job following the show. He kissed her on the lips and asked for her phone number in their first meeting.

But a later meeting at a California hotel he became sexually aggressive and began kissing her and touching her breasts. She's seeking an apology and the curious sum of $2,914.

Trump has denied the accusations calling them "100% fabricated and made-up charges, totally false" and "totally made up nonsense."

His lawyers call the lawsuit "false, legally insufficient and made in a transparent politically-motivated attack."

In a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, they claim the Constitution immunizes Trump from being sued in state court while he's president because of deference to the president and his schedule.

However, Zervos attorney, Gloria Allred, said the president "does not enjoy legal immunity from our defamation lawsuit."

"The United States Supreme Court address this legal immunity issue in Clinton v. Jones and determined unanimously that no man is above the law and that includes the president of United States," she said.

"We look forward to arguing this issue in court."
