Tori Spelling Drops Out of 90210 Spinoff Due To Pay

Tori Spelling has dropped out of the CW's 90210 spinoff because she is not receiving the same pay as her her former costars, reports 'E!'.

Spelling apparently backed out of the show as soon as she found out that while she would be paid less than $20,000 per episode for appearing on the revamped 90s show, co-stars Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty were signed for $40,000 to $50,000 per episode.

Tori asked producers to be paid the same, but her request was denied.

And now, both parties are confirming that Spelling, who played Donna Martin on the original 90210, won't appear on any episodes of the new show. The CW could still make an offer and resign Tori but its extremely unlikely that she would accept anything less than what the other 90210 alums are being paid.

So much for her comments last week when she said she was only coming back because "we have amazing fans."
