TLC Pulls '19 Kids and Counting' Episodes After Josh Duggar Admission

TLC has pulled '19 Kids and Counting' from its schedule after Josh Duggar's admission that he molested several underage girls, including his sisters, a decade ago.

"Effective immediately, TLC has pulled all episodes of '19 Kids and Counting' currently from the air," the network says in a statement.

"We are deeply saddened and troubled by this heartbreaking situation, and our thoughts and prayers are with the family and victims at this difficult time."

TLC had originally refused to comment and, incredulously, let a '19 Kids and Counting' marathon run following the shocking admission. However, facing outrage on Friday, TLC pulled the show that was once about "family values" from its schedule.

The 27-year-old Duggar, who is now married with three children, has called his previous actions "inexcusable." He told fans he had since received counseling to understand "that if I continued down this wrong road that I would end up ruining my life."

The police report was recently expunged to protect the identity of a minor child who was alleged to be the victim of a sex crime.

"I sought forgiveness from those I had wronged and asked Christ to forgive me and come into my life. I would do anything to go back to those teen years and take different actions. In my life today, I am so very thankful for God's grace, mercy and redemption."
