Tina Fey's Sarah Palin Impression Wins Her Creative Arts Emmy (Video)

Tina Fey has won an Emmy Award for her impression of Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin on 'Saturday Night Live'.

Fey took home the award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a comedy at the Creative Arts Primetime Emmys, which are held ahead of next weekend's main ceremony where the actress is up for two more Emmys for '30 Rock'.

"Mrs. Palin is an inspiration to working mothers everywhere because she bailed on her job right before Fourth of July weekend. You are living my dream. Thank you, Mrs. Palin," Fey said as she picked up the award. She also thanked her parents "who are lifelong Republicans, for their patience."

"They thought the first four sketches were very funny and the last two, enough already," said Fey.

Justin Timberlake won the Outstanding Guest Actor in a comedy for his own appearance on 'SNL'. And on the drama side, Michael J. Fox won the Guest Actor award for his role on 'Rescue Me' Ellen Burstyn for Guest Actress on 'Law & Order: Special Victims Unit'.

'South Park' was singled out as Outstanding Animated Program, and 'Wizards of Waverly Place' for Children's Program.

Meanwhile, PBS' 'Little Dorrit', an adaptation of Charles Dickens' novel, was the most-honored program with four awards and the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics coverage and 'American Idol' received three trophies apiece.
