Terri Irwin Hasn't Dated Since Husband Steve Irwin's 2006 Death
"I haven't been on a single date since Steve died," the 52-year-old tells Women's Weekly. Irwin says that hasn't been difficult to do because she never planned to get married or become a mother until she met Steve in June 1992. "If I hadn't met Steve, I probably would never have married, because I wasn't looking for love when I met him. What we had was incredible." Steve Irwin died nearly a decade ago after being attacked by a stingray while filming a documentary in Australia. "I think I've had my happily ever after," she said in a separate interview last year. "I still feel immense love and loyalty to Steve. And I've got great kids, I've got a very full life, and while I'm lonely for Steve, I'm not a lonely person." Terri had two children with Steve, who are now 18 and 12.
