'Survivor's Michael Skupin Charged With Possessing Child Porn
Michigan authorities have arraigned Skupin on a dozen felony charges with his bond set at $350,000. State Attorney General Bill Schuette says investigators found the child porn on Skupin's laptop while looking into the alleged Ponzi scheme. They have also accused him of larceny by conversion and racketeering. Schuette explains Skupin persuaded people to make $10,000 investments in his scheme and used new investors' money to pay older investors. Viewers of the long-running reality show will remember he was famously taken out of the game after falling into a campfire on 'Survivor: The Australian Outback'. He returned to compete on 'Survivor: Philippines' in 2012 and finished as a runner-up to Denise Stapley. Former 'Survivor' contestant Michael Skupin has been charged with possessing child pornography and running a Ponzi scheme.
