Shawn Johnson Stalker Arrested Near 'Dancing' Set With Loaded Guns

A man believed to be a crazed fan of Olympian Shawn Johnson has been arrested for trying to break onto the 'Dancing with the Stars', after he jumped the fence at CBS studios.

The 34-year-old man, Robert Michael O'Ryan, told police that he's "meant to be" with the 17-year-old gymnast, and was carrying around a loaded handgun, shotgun, love letters, press clippings, alongwith duct tape and zip ties -- materials used for kidnapping.

O'Ryan traveled all the way to California from Florida to be with Johnson and believes "that she speaks to him personally through the television set and through ESP and that they will have a child together." The police document adds that "he stated he would be with her no matter what."

A development has prompted a shocked Johnson, who is 'in fear of her life', to take out a restraining order against which mandates that O'Ryan stay at least 100 yards away from her and her family, and make no attempt to communicate with her. He is being held on $35,000 bail for carrying a loaded firearm in public, which is a felony.

"She is extremely upset by this incident and her entire family and those around are all extremely concerned and fearful that he might try to kidnap her or harm her in an effort to make good on his statements," says Johnson's mother, Teri.

Shawn Johnson won four gold medals in gymnastics at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and is the youngest ever contestant to participate on DWTS.
