Shaquille O'Neal On Kobe Bryant Joke In His NBA Hall of Fame Speech

In an appearance with Fallon, Shaquille O'Neal speaks about his emotional NBA Hall of Fame speech and his joke directed at former teammate Kobe Bryant.

In his speech, O'Neal quipped: "Last but not least, I'd like to thank Kobe Bryant, a guy that pushed me to three titles -- and then pushed me off the team and got me traded."

Shaq describes the friction between Bryant and himself while playing for the Los Angeles Lakers as "work problems."

He saved an empty seat for his deceased father, Sgt. Phillip Harrison. O'Neal has credited Harrison, who died in 2013, for introducing him to the game of basketball and acknowledged that he was the biggest male influence in his life.
