Sam Smith Singing James Bond Theme Song For 'Spectre'

Sam Smith is the voice for the James Bond theme song for 'Spectre'.

Smith had denied the rumors for months but he finally confirmed them on Tuesday, saying being joined to Bond "one of the highlights of my career."

The track, called 'Writing's On The Wall', is to be released in October.

"I am so excited to be a part of this iconic British legacy and join an incredible line up of some of my biggest musical inspirations," he says. "I hope you all enjoy the song as much as I enjoyed making it."

Smith was best new artist and won Grammys for pop vocal album as well a sweep in song and record of the year in February.
