Rosie O'Donnell Wants To Play Steve Bannon On 'Saturday Night Live'

There's no arguing that Melissa McCarthy's Sean Spicer was the highlight of this past weekend's 'Saturday Night Live'.

It's not clear how often McCarthy will be able to reprise the role given the actress' busy schedule but, following reports that President Donald Trump was especially upset that a woman parodied his White House Press Secretary, a new woman wants to portray another member of his staff.

"Available — if called I will serve!!!," O'Donnell said on Twitter in response to a fan who suggested she play the role of chief strategist Steve Bannon.

"Alec Baldwin has Trump. Melissa has Spice. I would need a few days to prepare. So if called — I will be ready."

Bannon, who has been portrayed on the NBC comedy series as the Grim Reaper, has been called "the manipulator" and credited as the mastermind behind many of Trump's moves.

Of course, O'Donnell and Trump also have a feud that goes back to her years as a co-host on 'The View'.
