Rebecca Ferguson Signed To Return For 'Mission: Impossible 6'

Rebecca Ferguson has signed on to reprise her character and return for 'Mission: Impossible 6'.

Although details are being kept under wraps for now, the actress who was the clear breakout star of 'Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation' as Isla Faust will play a major role in the sequel.

Ferguson has been a hot commodity since the film broke records, starring in 'The Girl on the Train', and 'The Snowman' opposite Michael Fassbender and 'Florence Foster Jenkins'.

There have also been rumors she's being considered for Marvel's 'Captain Marvel' and 'Gambit'.

Director Christopher McQuarrie will also be back to write and direct the follow-up the highly successful effort that earned $682 million worldwide.

Production is slated to begin sometime in the summer of 2016 with release a year later.
