Ray Romano Credits Letterman For 'Everybody Loves Raymond In Goodbye

Ray Romano thanks David Letterman and credits him for long-running sitcom 'Everbody Loves Raymond' that earned the comedian the success he had been working towards his entire career.

'Everbody Loves Raymond' was conceived by Letterman's production company, Worldwide Pants, after Raymano made an appearance on the 'Late Show'.

"That's all true," he says. "I'm not here if that doesn't happen."

"That's very nice to hear you say those things," says Letterman. "But then again, Everbody Loves Raymond and you are Raymond. And that's why there was a show."
