Rachael Ray Named World's Top-Earning Chef, With $18 Million

According to business magazine 'Forbes', Rachael Ray is the world's highest earning celebrity chef cooking up $18 million per year.

Ray, who gained popularity in 2001 with her first Food Network show, '30 Minute Meals', and is now the host of four shows on the network, producer of 'Every Day with Rachael Ray' magazine and the host of her own talk show needed every bit of that to beat out Wolfgang Puck.

Wolfgang Puck makes $16 million a year according to the mag, largely due to his Los Angeles restaurant Spago, and his other fine-dining brands and cutlery. And British chef Gordon Ramsay, who owns restaurants in London, New York and Dubai but is probably better known for screaming at contestants on 'Hell's Kitchen', rounds out the top three earning an estimated $7.5 million per year.
