Playboy Mansion On Sale For $200 Million But Hugh Hefner Not Moving Out

You can now buy the keys to the Playboy Mansion for $200 million.

But you won't be able to replace Hugh Hefner because he's not going anywhere, according to Playboy.

"This is the right time to seek a buyer for this incredible property who understands the role the Mansion has played for our brand and enables us to continue to reinvest in the transformation of our business," says Playboy Enterprises CEO Scott Flanders in a statement.

"The Playboy Mansion has been a creative center for Hef as his residence and workplace for the past 40 years, as it will continue to be if the property is sold."

That means Henfer will continue to reside along with Playmates in the 20,000-square-foot, 29-room residence that includes a home theater, wine cellar, game house, gym, tennis court, swimming pool, guest house and even a grotto.

It's being sold as an "ultra-private retreat and the ultimate setting for large-scale entertaining."
