Miley Cyrus Sued By Asian-American Woman For $4 Billion

A Los Angeles woman has filed a class action suit against Miley Cyrus (photosMiley Cyrus photos) for mocking Asians in a recent photo by slanting her eyes.

Lucie J. Kim, who claims to represent more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in the LA County, says that Miley knew she shouldn't have mocked Asians by making the gesture, but the 16-year-old went ahead and did it anyway.

"She knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life," says the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court.

Kim says that each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation of $4,000. Add that up for the more than 1 million Asians she claims to represent, and you get a whopping $4 billion.

And even though Miley has apologized for the photo, explaining that she was "simply making a goofy face" and "in no way making fun of any ethnicity," Kim isn't buying it because she claims the "just a kid" defense doesn't hold water.

Sure, it's a ridiculous lawsuit, but you just know there are those out there hoping the woman wins it and Miley & Billy Ray disappear off the face of the Earth -- but that just isn't going to happen.
