LA Theater Provides Barf Bags For Cannibal Movie 'Raw'

The Nuart Theatre in Los Angeles is providing barf bags for the cannibal movie 'Raw'.

"The cinema is offering custom-made barf bags to customers before the movie begins playing," reports THR.

"An usher hands out the bags after explaining that, due to the graphic gore in the movie, several viewers have fainted, while at least one person vomited."

'Raw' is French director's Julia Ducournau's cannibal movie that made some viewers sick during a screening at the Toronto International Film Festival last year.

The movie's official description teases: "When a young vegetarian undergoes a carnivorous hazing ritual at vet school, an unbidden taste for meat begins to grow in her."

'Raw' made its debut at the Cannes Film Festival, where it won the Directors' Fortnight or Critics' Week.
